We do local delivery within Singapore and West Malaysia currently.

Shipping Fees
for non pre-order items  

Singapore
Shipping in Singapore is free for orders above S$80. For orders below S$80, we charge a flat shipping fee of S$4.90. 

*Note: a S$15 surcharge may apply to certain delivery locations in Singapore (e.g. residential areas in Sentosa). Residential areas in Sentosa are a secured zone, therefore most delivery companies require this surcharge.

Malaysia
Shipping to West Malaysia is free for orders above RM 500. For orders below RM 500, we charge a flat shipping fee of RM 50. 

Delivery Timeline
for non pre-order items  

Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day, while those placed after noon will be dispatched the following day.

Singapore
Standard shipping involves a processing and delivery time of 3-5 business days. Please note that during festive periods, delivery may require additional time.

Malaysia
Standard shipping involves a processing and delivery time of 5-11 business days. For all international orders, customs duty and/or additional taxes may be applied when the items pass through Customs inspections. Such additional costs are to be borne by the buyer/recipient.

Pre-order (Online Pop-up) Shipping  

We ship our pre-ordered items directly from Korea to our warehouse in Singapore. The estimated delivery timeline is provided with each pre-order product listing for your reference.

Other Overseas Shipment Worldwide

For worldwide shipping requests, please email us at momhustleheart@gmail.com, providing the product details and delivery address. We will then supply a shipping quote and approximate delivery time.

Please be aware that any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country's customs authorities are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on customs clearance before proceeding with your order. Please note, Mom Hustle & Heart cannot provide refunds for items held by customs.
