EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges are only allowed for identical items if they are damaged or faulty due to our error, and only applicable for items purchased on our website.
    • While we strive to ensure that all orders are correct and of the best quality, should you receive any wrong or defective item(s), kindly contact us at momhustleheart@gmail.com together with the snapshot of the wrong product/ defective area and we will assist you from there. 
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days upon receipt.
  • We do not accept exchanges due to change of mind.
  • Eligibility for exchange:
    • Item must be in the original condition as delivered to customer. Original packaging must be intact, new, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached.
    • A proof of purchase needs to be provided.
    • Used merchandise is not eligible for exchange.

INCORRECT ITEM POLICY:

  • Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide the correct item and retrieve the incorrect item at our cost.
  • Item must be in the original, new, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached.
  • Used merchandise is not eligible for exchange.

MISSING ITEM POLICY:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receipt if an item is missing, otherwise, we can't be held responsible.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If your order hasn't been fulfilled and you wish to cancel, a refund will be issued.
  • If the order has been fulfilled and you wish to return due to an incorrect purchase, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping. We are not responsible for any lost return packages.
  • Returned items must be in the original, new, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached. Used merchandise is not eligible for return/cancellation.
